What is Grow and Glow?
Grow and Glow is a total make-over , a unique synthesis of life-coaching, image make-over and much more. It is the first of its kind in Ireland and it can help you make a complete inner and outer transformation.
Outer transformation boosts self-confidence, while inner transformation helps you to start putting yourself first, not in a selfish way, but in a balanced healthy way with benefits for everyone. It helps you create more 'me' time.
And when we take care of ourselves, challenges, problems and stress become easier to handle. Life is no longer grey and lacking joy. When we are happy, those around us are happy too.
Grow and Glow programmes are tailored to suit each individual woman. Programmes are available from two to five weeks. The top of the line programme (five weeks) would consist of:
-Intitial one hour consultation session
-Four hours of coaching and personal development sessions
-Make-up session
-Two hour shopping trip
-Photographic session.
You decide what you want the programme to do and how it will work for you , using some or all of the above elements.
Prices start from 150 euros for the two week programme, ranging up to 500 euros (five weeks) for the Grow and Glow 'works'. Gift certificates available.
In these sessions, you will learn how to identify areas of low self-esteem and lack of confidence and understand how they may be having a negative effect on your life.
You will learn how to find the time and resources to nurture yourself thus freeing up your energy to better handle the many different challenges and stresses you face on a daily basis.
The end result: A new more confident, less stressed and happier you, and a greater sense of life being joyful and fun.
